Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
A VIP box gives your whole group a dedicated space for the entire evening, comfortable seating, table service and priority entry. With a confirmed reservation, simply give your name at the entrance and your group can head straight inside. Your bottle, soft drinks and ice are served directly at the box, so there is no need to wait at the bar. You can also move freely between The Roots, The Apple and The Nest throughout the evening.
There is no minimum spend for reservations starting by 10:00 pm. For later reservations, a minimum spend equivalent to one bottle from the bottle service menu applies. There is no advance payment for the VIP box itself, and you can choose your bottle on arrival from the current selection. Entry to Zlatý Strom Bar & Club is free.
We have three types of VIP boxes with different capacities. The largest accommodates up to 10 people, while the others are suitable for smaller groups of up to 8. We will assign the most suitable box based on your group size and current availability, so everyone has enough space.
We hold your reserved VIP box for a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed reservation time. If you know you will be late, please let us know in advance. Without prior notice, the box may be released to other guests.
If you would prefer a private enclosed space or are planning an evening for a larger group, you can book one of our event spaces, such as the Rose VIP Lounge. Our spaces are suitable for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events and private parties. We will recommend the best option based on your group size.
